The Association of Women in Mathematics is entering into its 40th year and a chapter at NYU has been just founded this year by Sonya Kim. (Currently, the team in PMG consists of Vivian Xia, Aaron Au-yueng, Mo McBirney, and Whitney Kan.)
There are some great resources I'd like to point out!

The Teacher Partnership program aims to connect "teachers of mathematics in schools, museums, technical institutes, two-year colleges, and universities with other teachers working in an environment different from their own and with mathematicians working in business, government, and industry." They communicate and organize mostly on their wiggio page (www.wiggio.com) and you can submit a request form (here)if you are interested in joining.
The Mentor Network is also a great social and learning tool with a broader focus than the Teacher Partnership program. The goal of the AWM Mentor Network is to match mentors, both men and women, with girls and women who are interested in mathematics or are pursuing careers in mathematics. The network is intended to link mentors with a variety of groups: recent PhD's, graduate students, undergraduates, high school and grade school students, and teachers. Matching is based on common interests in careers in academics or industry, math education, balance of career and family, or general mathematical interests. You can request a mentor * (here) or volunteer to mentor someone (here).
